Admeridian’ advertising technology customizes online advertisements to serve the most relevant ads you may see online – websites or in applications - by collecting different types of non-personally identifiable data. Data used by Admeridian may include non-personally identifiable device (such as Cookie IDs, IP address, mobile device advertising identifiers, or your browser’s user agent string) or browser specific identifiers. Apart from this, data about the apps or websites a browser or device interacts with, demographic & interest data provided by third parties, information about the ads an app or a browser displays, location data, and other similar information is also collected.

Please note that opting out of interest-based ads does not mean that you will no more receive online ads. It only means that Admeridian will no longer deliver ads tailored to on a particular web browser or device as per your usage patterns or your online preferences.

This Admeridian Opt-Out page is intended to enable you to opt out of the use of such cookies & mobile ad identifiers for interest-based advertising.

Important Notes:

If you block the opt-out cookie or your browser is configured to block third-party cookies, then the Admeridian opt-out cookie may not work.

1. The Admeridian Opt Out Mechanism will only opt you out of tailored advertising delivered by Admeridian in this browser or in mobile applications on this device (e.g., phones, tablets). It will not opt you out of tailored advertising delivered by Admeridian in other devices or in other browsers you use. To opt out from other browsers and devices, you will need to repeat the opt-out process in such browsers and devices.
2. If you opt out, you will still see ads, including contextually tailored ads (i.e., ads tailored to the current app or website you are viewing) and advertisements based on your current location. They just may not be relevant to your interests. Admeridian may also continue to collect and share the data identified above and in its Privacy policy and use such data for purposes other than delivering personalized ads.
3. If cookies are cleared or deleted in your browser, this may inadvertently remove the Admeridian opt-out cookie, and you may need to renew your opt-out choice for that browser. Similarly, if your device’s ad identifier is reset, you will need to renew your opt-out choice for that particular device. Attempting to clear your cookies or disable cookies in lieu of using the Admeridian Opt Out Mechanism may be ineffective, as Admeridian uses multiple methods to identify your browser or device.

Admeridian will not collect cross-device data for profiles from a device or engage in targeting of cross-device ads on the device, after you have opted out of tailored advertising on the device.

Please note that you will still see ads if you opt out. The ads delivered via Admeridian will just not be as relevant to you. When you opt out, Admeridian will collect and store data from your device only as needed to honor your opt-out and for limited research and development purposes to improve our device-recognition technology, which also helps to improve our ability to honor your opt-out. When you opt out, Admeridian also stops serving interest-based advertising in mobile apps on that device.
